These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blueringdigital.com (the "Site"), operated by Blue Ring Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 39 689 827 218), trading as Blue Ring and The Listings Engine ("Blue Ring", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Use of this website

The Site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse the Site and use the booking widget to arrange a call with us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, scraping or reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and the Blue Ring and Listings Engine names and marks, belongs to Blue Ring or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

3. No guaranteed results

Case studies, figures and testimonials on the Site illustrate past client results and don't guarantee that you'll achieve the same or similar outcomes. Any specific performance guarantee we offer, such as a lead-volume guarantee, only applies where it's set out in a signed services agreement between you and Blue Ring, and is subject to the conditions in that agreement.

4. Booking widget and third-party services

The Site uses a booking calendar provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector to let you schedule a call with us. Your use of that widget is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services embedded in or linked from the Site.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Ring isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including any reliance on information, case studies or figures published on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
