Blue Ring Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 39 689 827 218), trading as Blue Ring and The Listings Engine ("Blue Ring", "we", "us" or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through blueringdigital.com (the "Site"), how we use and disclose it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following kinds of personal information:

• Information you give us directly. When you book a call or submit an enquiry through the booking widget on this Site, we (and our booking platform provider) collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and any other details you choose to provide.
• Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel.

2. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following tools to understand how the Site is used and to measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics 4, which reports on Site traffic and visitor behaviour.
• Meta Pixel, which measures the performance of our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising and allows us to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies that may be classed as personal information. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and opt out of Meta's ad personalisation through your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.

3. How we use your information

• respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you've booked;
• operate, maintain and improve the Site;
• run and measure our marketing and advertising, including retargeting through Meta and Google;
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who help us run our business and the Site, including:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, which hosts our booking calendar and CRM;
• Meta Platforms, Inc., for advertising and the Meta Pixel;
• Google LLC, for Google Analytics 4.

Some of these providers store or process information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Access and correction

You can ask us for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing Hello@blueringdigital.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Complaints

If you believe we've breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us at Hello@blueringdigital.com and we'll investigate. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
